The Jabra 2300 also features a noise-canceling microphone with standard vocal sensitivity, a built-in control unit, a swiveling, flexible boom arm for adjusting the position of the microphone, and foam earpiece cushions.
The Jabra Biz 2300 is built to survive in a high-performing contact center, meaning less headset replacements, reduced downtime for you and your team, and lower total cost of ownership. The reinforced cord is built to withstand the contact center environment and is protected against office chair wheels, sharp objects, and daily use. The boom arm can be rotated 360° with zero risk of breaking.
All-Day Comfort for Agents A lightweight and unobtrusive designs means less fatigue for agents and more productive calls. The adjustable headband and microphone boom arm lets your agent find the perfect fit, and the control unit lets you change volume, mute calls, and more. PeakStop technology removes sudden loud sounds or tones before they reach your ears: any sound above 118 dB is filtered out automatically.
