    ADATA SU650 256GB SATA SOLID STATE DRIVE

    The ADATA SU650 is a 256GB SATA solid-state drive designed for use in computers and other electronic devices. Its compact form factor of 2.5 inches makes it easy to install in most systems, and its dimensions are 100.45 x 69.85 x 7mm / 3.95 x 2.75 x 0.27inch with a weight of 59.5g / 2.1oz. The drive uses 3D NAND flash memory technology, which provides high-speed data retrieval and efficient power consumption. The interface is SATA 6Gb/s, allowing for fast transfer rates. The sequential read speed can reach up to 520MB/s, while the sequential write speed has a maximum of 450MB/s. The drive can handle up to 40K IOPS for 4KB random reads and 75K IOPS for 4KB random writes. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C - 70°C and has a storage temperature range of -40°C - 85°C. The ADATA SU650 is also built to withstand shock resistance of up to 1500G / 0.5ms. The MTBF (mean time between failures) is rated at 2,000,000 hours, and the maximum capacity for terabytes written (TBW) is 600TB. The drive comes with a 3-year limited warranty.
